Terms of Service

The service

Storescreens generates App Store and Play Store screenshot sets from descriptions and reference images you provide. Generation consumes credits according to your plan. We work hard to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Your content and your rights

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything Storescreens generates for you. Paid plans include a commercial license to use generated screenshots in your store listings and marketing. You are responsible for ensuring your uploads do not infringe the rights of others and that your listings comply with Apple and Google store policies.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled by contacting support — cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Monthly screen allowances reset each billing cycle. Purchased top-ups do not expire while your account is active.

Before starting a trial, subscription, or immediate paid plan, you must actively accept these Terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You authorize the amount and renewal schedule shown at checkout and request immediate access to the digital service. We record the applicable policy version, acceptance time, selected plan, and technical transaction data as proof of authorization.

Refunds and payment disputes

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Contact us first if you do not recognize a charge or believe the service was not supplied. Filing a knowingly false or abusive payment dispute may result in account suspension, without limiting rights you have under applicable law.

Fair use

Do not use Storescreens to generate unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, attempt to disrupt the service, or resell raw access to it. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with a refund of any unused paid period where the violation was made in good faith.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for store review decisions made by Apple or Google.
